We are a performance agency that helps businesses grow through a systematic approach to advertising and analytics. As we expand our team, we are looking for a Senior Yandex.Direct Specialist who will become the key expert for this channel and drive its development within the company.

📍 Responsibilities

Manage and scale advertising campaigns in Yandex.Direct (audit existing campaigns, optimize, improve performance)
Media planning and evaluation of incoming offers
Strategic planning: propose hypotheses, approaches, campaign structures, and scaling opportunities
Participate in preparing commercial proposals within your area of expertise: audit current campaigns, select targeting/keywords, provide recommendations with clear rationale
Join advertiser communication as a subject-matter expert when needed
Support the team: provide consultations, campaign reviews, answer Yandex-related questions, share best practices
When necessary, assign tasks to assistants/junior specialists and oversee their execution

📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong senior-level expertise in Yandex.Direct: able not only to manage campaigns but also to build strategy, conduct audits, and quickly optimize accounts
Experience working in an agency environment: handling multiple projects simultaneously, managing urgency, and being accountable for results
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Clear and professional communication skills: able to collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a reliable team expert
Readiness for official employment
Nice to Have:
Experience with Google Ads
Familiarity with BI systems/dashboards and interest in improving reporting processes
Experience in strong performance agencies and broad exposure to different verticals
