We are looking for an X (Twitter) Growth Manager who has experience building and scaling account networks and working with automation tools.

Phase Start
Set up automation software
Launch and manage a network of 50+ X accounts
Connect account networks with a “parent” profile
Daily Production
Publish AI-generated content across the account network
Monitor engagement and reach metrics
Scaling
Continuously expand the account network
Test new growth and engagement methods: mass following, mass liking, attention-driving mechanics
Reporting
Prepare reports on traffic and clicks to model pages

Professional experience with automation tools such as: XReache, Dubmin, similar platforms
Ability to manage 50–100 accounts simultaneously
Trend & Comment Hijacking
Ability to integrate content into trending topics and discussions
Experience engaging within comment sections of major opinion leaders (e.g. Elon Musk)
Understanding how to generate attention organically without looking spammy
Warm-up & Trust Score Management
Knowledge of how to make accounts appear authentic to X/Twitter algorithms
Understanding of bot detection systems and trust mechanics
Experience simulating real-user behavior
Ability to reduce account verification triggers and maintain account stability
Additional Requirements
Time zone overlap with UTC+2/3
Portfolio with screenshots/cases of account network management
preferably in Dating / OnlyFans / Crypto niches
Strong attention to technical details: proxies, action limits, cookies, account stability
