We are an international company with over 10 years of successful market experience. Currently, we’re reviving an established business area and actively seeking a Traffic Manager to join us. This is a great opportunity to be part of our ambitious project and make a real impact on its success.
📍 Your mission
- Acquire and purchase traffic through various ad networks.
- Identify and test new traffic sources.
- Analyze and optimize sales funnels to boost conversions.
- Collaborate with partners and networks to ensure a stable traffic flow.
- Work with the creative and analytics teams to improve ad campaign effectiveness.
- Manage traffic distribution and quality, and optimize it as needed.
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and make decisions based on the results.
- Monitor financial flows, including payment control and anti-fraud monitoring.
📍 What we expect from a candidate
- Experience in internet advertising, specifically in dating and nutra segments.
- At least 1 year of experience with ad networks (AD networks, CPA Affiliate networks, Digital agencies).
- Experience with tracking tools (Cake, Everflow) and marketing tools (Google Optimize).
- Strong communication skills for working with partners and team members.
- English level of B1 (Intermediate) or higher.
- Proactive and initiative-driven, with attention to detail and responsibility.
- Analytical skills and critical thinking.
📍 We are happy to offer
- Full-time remote work.
- Flexible schedule (5/2), 40 hours per week, with the option to work in GMT+2/3 time zone.
- Probation period of up to 3 months, after which bonuses and rev shares are provided.
