Tech Lead
📍 Responsibilities
- Phasing Out NATS as CMS
- Design and implement a new content management approach.
- Gradually separate system elements into individual services.
- Integrate alternative solutions.
- Legacy Code Refactoring
- Improve the existing system.
- Develop and expand new functionality.
- Separate landing pages into an independent project.
- Ecosystem Design
- Build a unified authorization system.
- Develop single-account mechanics.
- Set up paid subscription systems.
- "Playing Coach" Role
- Actively participate in coding and direct task execution.
- Mentor and motivate a team of 2 backend and 2 frontend developers.
- Architectural Planning and Delegation
- Develop solutions, assign tasks, and distribute responsibilities across the team.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proficiency in PHP
- Deep understanding of the language.
- Ability to work with both modern and legacy code.
- Experience with Symfony (preferred) or Laravel frameworks.
- Microservices Expertise
- Solid understanding of breaking down monolithic applications and managing service interactions.
- Experience selecting suitable technologies and architectural solutions.
- Responsibility and Proactivity
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to clarify details, ask the right questions, and find effective solutions quickly.
- Broad Technical Knowledge
- Experience or willingness to use other languages like Golang or Python for optimizing specific services.
- Soft Skills
- Clear communication within the team.
- Ability to balance business requirements with technical constraints.
