A fast-growing digital agency with over six years of experience in traffic arbitrage is looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager / Head of UA / Head of Marketing.
We need an active, experienced leader who can build effective processes for traffic acquisition across various marketing channels and establish a top-notch User Acquisition team.
Develop performance marketing strategies across multiple channels (search, social, in-app, email, influencers, messengers, ad networks, SEO, ASO, etc.); acquire/buy traffic for in-house and partner products (web and apps).
Test hypotheses to find effective combinations.
Evaluate channel efficiency, analyze traffic, closely collaborate with the product team and partners.
Build performance funnels.
Conduct market research and analysis.
Manage budgets and handle media planning.
Build and manage a team, organize processes, and facilitate collaboration.
Prepare reports.
📍 What we expect from a candidate
At least three years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in traffic acquisition across major channels (FB, Google, Snapchat, ASO, etc.) and hands-on expertise in mobile and web analytics.
Ability to handle large data volumes and understanding of the technical processes behind apps and web.
Proven experience in team formation and management.
