Team Lead / Senior Media Buyer
📍 Responsibilities
- Oversee high-impact advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, Bing, Taboola, and native platforms, with the goal of maximizing profitability.
- Optimize advertising budgets to achieve high conversion rates and meet business objectives.
- Develop media strategies tailored to target markets and audiences.
- Perform detailed data analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Plan and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience leading a media buying team.
- Expertise in managing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Bing, Taboola, and native platforms.
- Experience in the crypto vertical is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in spy tools for market analysis.
- English language skills at Intermediate level or higher.
- Strong skills in building efficient processes and managing teams.
- Ability to calculate key project metrics, such as ROI and ARPU.
- Experience building teams from scratch is a plus.
- Responsibility and precision in working with data, analytics, and calculations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable for results.
