About the Company
We are developing a performance marketing direction focused on traffic acquisition through external ad networks and direct publishers.
The team already has established core processes, profitable funnels, and stable traffic volumes.
We are currently looking for a Team Lead Media Buying who will take ownership of the popunder + native direction, help scale current results, and build systematic team processes.
📍 Responsibilities
- Team & Traffic Management
- Manage a team of media buyers (popunder + native)
- Scale traffic volumes and grow profitability
- Work with funnels, including popunder funnels and smartlink approaches
- Launch and control tests (hypotheses, new funnels, traffic sources)
- Collaborate with the optimization team
- Build transparent reporting and team discipline
- Support and mentor media buyers, monitor KPIs
- Occasionally launch campaigns independently to support the team if needed
- Key Goals During Probation
- Increase team traffic volume and profitability
- Identify growth opportunities in existing funnels
- Launch new hypotheses (funnels, approaches, sources)
- Improve internal processes and communication
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must-have:
- Experience in media buying / affiliate marketing
- Experience with adult verticals
- Strong hands-on experience with popunder traffic (critical)
- Experience with ad networks such as Clickadu, Adsterra, and similar
- Understanding of smartlink mechanics and popunder funnels
- Experience managing significant traffic volumes:
- $100k+/month minimum
- $500k+/month is a strong advantage
- Experience scaling funnels and traffic volumes
- Experience managing a team or being a strong senior ready to step into a leadership role
- Nice to have:
- Experience in mainstream verticals
