We are looking for an experienced professional ready to combine managing a small team of analysts (2 people) with deep data work while understanding the product specifics of advertising networks. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making complex decisions, aligning with business objectives, and establishing effective processes within a team.

📍 Responsibilities

Team Management (30% of the time):
Organize and coordinate the work of two analysts and collaborate with the data engineering team.
Establish workflows, monitor task completion, and promote analytical culture.
Implement best practices in analytics and system design.
Analytics and Product-Focused Tasks (70% of the time):
Develop and maintain analytical infrastructure, including designing analytics systems.
Formulate and validate business hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and perform cohort analysis.
Create dashboards, reports, and automated monitoring systems.
Support key business processes and promptly identify anomalies.
Model data and implement changes in the data storage systems in collaboration with the IT team.

📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:

At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst or in a related role.
Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python (data analysis libraries).
Knowledge of statistical methods, including mathematical statistics, regression analysis, and forecasting.
Strong understanding of key product metrics: DAU, MAU, ARPU, Churn, etc.
Ability to structure work with incomplete or noisy data.
Nice to Have
Experience with tools such as Power BI, Redash, Superset, Metabase, dbt, or Airflow.
Understanding of CI/CD principles for analytical infrastructure.
Experience building ETL/ELT processes.
Advanced knowledge of statistics and its application in a business context.
