Supply Manager
Supply Manager
We are looking for a Supply Manager who will handle operational tasks from Account Managers, work closely with providers, manage account issuance, top-ups, replacements, and technical cases.
The Supply Manager collaborates closely with:
Account Managers
Supply Team Lead
Finance Department
📍 Responsibilities
- Account Operations
- Process requests from Account Managers: account openings, replacements, top-ups, closures
- Communicate with providers regarding ongoing tasks
- Monitor account statuses: ordered / in progress / issued / banned / replaced
- Verify accuracy of access credentials and account data
- Provider Management
- Correspond with agencies and platforms regarding active accounts
- Request and clarify terms for specific cases
- Monitor response times and fulfillment of obligations by providers
- Report updates on terms, structure, or operational specifics to the Team Lead (penalties, bans, delays, schedules, provider holidays, etc.)
- Incidents & Replacements
- Handle banned accounts and replacement cases
- Process account replacements according to approved procedures
- Inform Finance if a case impacts the financial side of the business
- Tracking & Transparency
- Manage tasks in CRM according to templates
- Update statuses and add comments on ongoing tasks
- Document key information and transfer relevant data from chats into the system
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Preferred
- Experience working with advertising accounts / providers / agencies
- Understanding of basic terms: setup fee, ad spend, commission, ban, refund, SLA
- Ability to manage provider communication and drive tasks to completion
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for final outcomes
- Readiness to handle a high volume of operational tasks
- Nice to Have
- Experience in affiliate marketing or agency environment
- Understanding of iGaming, apps, DSP, or Facebook accounts
- Experience with Asana / CRM systems / spreadsheets
