We are a performance ad-tech platform specializing in programmatic resell: purchasing high-quality inventory from SSPs and efficiently reselling it through DSP buyers.
We are looking for a manager who knows how to build and scale programmatic resell operations (display + video), where margin is generated from the difference between SSP buying rates and DSP selling rates.
📍 Responsibilities
- Purchase high-quality programmatic inventory (banner + video) from SSPs at competitive rates
- Identify and onboard DSP buyers, agencies, and performance teams seeking scalable, clean traffic
- Manage the full deal cycle: testing ($3–15K), analysis (win-rate, margin, quality), scaling ($50–300K), further optimization and scaling ($50–300K+ per month)
- Manage the supply chain: minimize hops, work with SPO (Supply Path Optimization), ensure transparency (sellers.json, SupplyChain Object)
- Monitor trends (vertical video, shoppable formats, CTV-like video, brandformance) and adapt offerings to market demand
- Continuously optimize margins: negotiate floor prices and deals with SSPs, package inventory according to DSP needs
- Achieve revenue, margin, and partner retention targets
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic resell / arbitrage / traffic resale:
- Buying inventory from SSPs (PubMatic, Magnite, OpenX, Index Exchange, Yandex SSP, Adform, etc.)
- Reselling via DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Yandex DSP, MGID, Taboola, programmatic direct)
- Operating in a pure resell model (no owned direct inventory), including supply path management
- Strong understanding of focus formats:
- Banner / Display: standard formats, rich media, interstitial, high-viewability
- Video: pre-roll, in-stream, out-stream, rewarded, VAST/VPAID, vertical / short-form
- Solid knowledge of margin-driving metrics: CPM buy vs CPM sell, viewability, completion rate, win-rate, latency, fraud rate, supply path optimization
- Experience negotiating with SSPs (floor prices, deals, private marketplaces) and DSP buyers (tests, scaling, performance guarantees)
- Ability to calculate and manage unit economics: margin per impression, break-even CPM, volume thresholds for profitability
- Strong outreach skills: LinkedIn, email, Telegram, industry events (Programmatic I/O, ATS, RIW) to attract new SSP partners and DSP clients
- Understanding of high-volume 2026 verticals: e-commerce, fintech, apps, gaming, education — where banner and video generate stable volume in a resell model
