Senior Account Manager (YouTube / Telegram)
📍 Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3–5 specialists.
- Organize and oversee mass placements (seeding) with bloggers.
- Search for and select relevant platforms (channels, bloggers, formats).
- Maintain blogger database, create price lists and conditions.
- Train and develop the team.
- Monitor quality of purchases and KPI fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the production manager (task setting and reporting).
- Important: No direct client contact — your focus is execution, not sales. Main focus: mass seeding (shorts, stories, inserts, Telegram posts).
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience working with bloggers (YouTube / Telegram).
- Experience buying ad placements with bloggers, understanding of prices and formats.
- Existing contacts or the ability to quickly build a database.
- Team management skills.
- Systematic approach, able to handle large volumes of tasks.
- Understanding of metrics: reach, CPM, CTR, engagement.
- Nice to have:
- Own blogger database.
- Experience in influencer or media agencies.
- Negotiation skills and quick deal-making.
- Experience with TikTok (if main focus was YouTube or Telegram).
