Оur fast-growing Digital Marketing agency is inviting an ambitious Sales Manager to join the team. We are looking for a professional who can make a significant impact in promoting and selling our Digital services, while actively contributing to the development and management of our portfolio of current advertisers.
📍 Your mission
- Actively sell the agency’s digital marketing services;
- Develop and manage the portfolio of existing clients, maintaining high-quality communication;
- Seek and attract new advertisers with high conversion rates and profitability;
- Conduct negotiations and secure optimal terms of collaboration;
- Analyze the market and identify new business opportunities;
- Collaborate with the Affiliate department, fulfilling personal and team KPIs;
- Participate in industry conferences and meetups.
📍 What we expect from a candidate
- Experience in selling digital services, with an understanding of the market and experience working with in-app advertisers;
- Data analysis skills and proficiency in Google Sheets;
- High level of self-organization and strong negotiation skills;
- Experience conducting A/B tests, understanding statistical significance and necessary sample sizes;
- Familiarity with tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, and Appmetrica;
- Excellent communication skills and strong command of English
