A media buying agency is looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer with the prospect of growth to Team Lead. We are looking for a professional with experience in Google Ads including FB, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Twitter, Messenger and Influencers.
Looking for new advertisers and signing exclusive agreements;
Establishing partnerships with advertisers, improving terms of cooperation;
Launching and controlling advertising campaigns;
Supervising financial reconciliations with partners (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), controlling payments and maintaining reports together with the financial department;
Eliminating misunderstandings;
Being available for communication with international partners in different time zones;
Analyzing market trends and ensure that our offer is competitive.
📍 For this job you’ll need
More than 1 year of experience working in AD networks / CPA Affiliate networks / Digital agencies;
Ability to negotiate with people from the Affiliate industry;
Understanding of the metrics EPC, eCPM, CR, CPC, CPL, ROI, churn rate etc;
Understanding of the basic rules for setting up advertising campaigns and the principles of trackers (affise, voluum, trackwill etc)
English knowledge at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
Fluency in Russian;
You are proactive, persistent and attentive: the devil is in the details;
You are focused on financial results.
