Sales manager (Affiliate Offers Manager)
📍 Responsibilities
- Search for and attract new advertisers (both direct and agency offers) to the affiliate network, add them to the system, and monitor the relevance of offer conditions.
- Conduct negotiations and present the network's capabilities.
- Close deals and connect offers.
- Maintain CRM: log contacts, deal statuses, conditions, and changes.
- Analyze the market, monitor new GEOs and trending offers.
- Agree on KPIs, payouts, caps, and other terms for each offer.
- Stay in constant communication with account managers and the tech team to ensure quick launches.
Our ideal candidate:
- 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing, CPA networks, or B2B sales.
- Understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, RevShare, Hybrid models; flexibility in working with different payout schemes.
- Strong negotiation and business correspondence skills.
- English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher (for communication with international partners).
- Experience working with CRM systems, Google Sheets, Trello/Notion/NetHunt/Worksection or similar tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented.
- Ability to present yourself effectively to advertisers, creative thinking.
- Nice to have:
- Your own base of advertiser contacts.
- Experience integrating direct offers in verticals such as Gambling, Betting, Finance, Nutra, Dating, etc.
- Understanding of Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 market specifics.
