RTB Manager
The in-house traffic team of an Ad Network is looking for an experienced RTB Manager / Specialist to join the team.
About the Ad Network
This is an experienced team that has been actively operating across multiple verticals for 4+ years, covering 240+ GEOs (Tier 1–3).
The programmatic RTB platform provides clients with highly effective monetization across various ad formats, including pops, VAST, banners, push ads, native, member area dating clicks, tablinks, and more.
As the number of clients continues to grow, the traffic team is excited to welcome a specialist with RTB network experience (DSP or SSP) who is eager to take on new challenges and grow with the team.
📍 Responsibilities
- Issuing and requesting invoices.
- Controlling payments on both our side and partner side.
- Searching for, negotiating with, integrating, and testing SSPs / DSPs.
- Analyzing traffic drops and growth trends.
- Communicating with partners via chats and resolving operational issues.
- Maintaining reports, reconciliations with partners, and coordination with the finance team.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- High level of responsibility and reliability.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of key metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CR, WR) and ad formats.
- English level: B1+ (communication with partners).
- Experience working with international partners is a plus.
- If you’re proactive, enjoy communication, and already have experience working in an RTB Ad Network (CPC/CPM models) in any role — this is almost a perfect match. The team is ready to teach everything else!
- Additional Plus Points
- English B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher — one interview stage will be in English.
- Experience working with Grafana (basic queries).
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of the affiliate marketing market.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Proactive, energetic, and idea-driven — the team is always open to new initiatives.
