Designing and implementing compelling retention strategies

Running player retention campaigns across multiple channels
-
Monitoring performance metrics
-
Analyzing player behavior and engagement metrics
-
Working in tandem with the product team and customer support;
-
Improving the player experience to increase player satisfaction
📍 What we expect from a candidate
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in player retention/CRM/Email marketing in the digital industry (eComm, iGaming, fintech)
-
Experience running campaigns across multiple channels (email, push notifications, SMS, and messengers)
-
Knowledge of database analytics, creating relevant offers based on player data
-
Ability to conduct A/B testing, evaluate campaign results, create mailings and trigger chains
