We are a dynamic project with our own in-house products, an internal media buying team, proprietary DSP, and a CPA network. We work with Tier 1 markets in the US and Europe, actively participate in industry conferences, and are building an ecosystem around dating and advertising.
We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Publisher Manager who will become a key player in the development of our partner network.
📍 Responsibilities
- You will grow the publisher network and help partners scale alongside us
- Analyze top websites and traffic using SimilarWeb, Adplexity, and Google Analytics
- Manage the negotiation process — from first contact to contract signing
- Support partners at all stages: from onboarding to technical integration and ad optimization
- Work closely with the media buying team to impact campaign performance (EPC, ROI)
- Oversee financial settlements — our process is transparent and well-structured
- Retain and grow a loyal network of publishers
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Understands the traffic and publisher market: POP, PUSH, BANNER, NATIVE
- Is familiar with advertising technologies: RTB, SSP, and web analytics
- Knows how to conduct B2B negotiations and build strong partnerships
- Has experience and understanding of the Dating vertical
- Is comfortable working with numbers and analytics
- Communicates confidently in English (B2 level or higher)
