Experience in AD networks in a similar position, where you attracted publishers.
Successful cases of attracting publishers (webmasters) are a must.
Experience with advertising formats: pop-under, banner, in-page push, vast, using CPC/CPM models.
English proficiency at B2 level.
A strong desire and motivation to grow into a team lead role is a significant plus.

Comfortable remote work format from any part of the world, with flexible working hours to be coordinated with the manager.
Salary in EUR | USDT (fixed salary + bonus based on a percentage of publisher profit).
Paid sick leave and vacations (28 days), holidays according to your country’s calendar (but not exceeding 14 days per year).
Opportunity for education compensation (the company is willing to cover 50% of the cost).
