Publisher Development Manager — Video Ad Network (CTV & Web)
We are a video advertising network with our own ad server, operating in the Spanish and Latin American markets. We monetize CTV platform inventory and web publishers through direct integrations with ad networks and our own technology stack.
📍 Responsibilities
- Acquire new publishers (CTV apps and websites) and build long-term partnerships
- Onboard publishers: handle technical integrations via VAST/VPAID and configure tags in our ad server
- Work with ad networks: integrations, fill rate optimization, and eCPM improvement
- Analyze inventory performance and provide monetization growth recommendations to publishers
- Negotiate partnership terms and conditions
- Monitor traffic quality and ensure compliance with brand safety standards
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Junior
- Basic understanding of programmatic advertising and video ad technologies (VAST, VPAID, ad tags)
- Interest in working with partners and analytics/data
- Spanish — confident working proficiency
- English — basic level
- Structured, self-organized, and comfortable working remotely
- Middle
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role: Publisher Manager, Partner Manager, Monetization Manager, or related adtech positions
- Hands-on experience with VAST/VPAID integrations and ad servers
- Experience working with ad networks: negotiations, optimization, partnership management
- Understanding of the Spanish or LATAM market is a plus
- Spanish — confident working proficiency
- English — working proficiency
