Product Manager
📍 Responsibilities
- Analyzing user acquisition funnels and key product metrics;
- Planning, writing requirements for, launching, and evaluating A/B tests;
- Improving the user experience within the product;
- Systematizing and enhancing product functionality;
- Increasing user retention;
- Conducting competitor research;
- Improving product monetization.
Our ideal candidate:
- To sync smoothly with the team, you’ll need:
- 1+ year of experience as a Product Manager in any product company;
- Previous experience as an analyst or a solid mathematical foundation with a data-driven approach to solving product-related tasks;
- Strong knowledge of SQL;
- Proficiency in cohort analysis;
- Understanding of core product metrics and how they influence product development decisions;
- Experience in running A/B tests and knowledge of statistical analysis;
- Ability to manage the full task cycle — from hypothesis creation to evaluating its effectiveness for end users.
- Nice to have:
- Skills in R or Python;
- Experience working on marketplace projects;
- Successful cases of launching and scaling products, including financial growth.
