Product Manager
We are the MAVS team, specializing in the development of B2C products in the adult online entertainment industry. We are currently looking for a Junior+/Middle Product Manager with an analytical mindset, ready to join our team and work on our in-house product, similar to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
📍 Responsibilities
- Analyzing user acquisition funnels and key product metrics;
- Planning, defining requirements, launching A/B tests, and evaluating their results;
- Enhancing the user experience within the product;
- Systematizing and improving product functionality;
- Increasing user retention rates;
- Conducting competitor research;
- Improving product monetization.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager in any product company;
- Background in analytics or a strong mathematical foundation, with a data-driven approach to product decisions;
- Good SQL skills;
- Cohort analysis proficiency;
- Understanding of product metrics and how they influence product development decisions;
- Experience with A/B testing and a solid grasp of mathematical statistics;
- Full-cycle task management: from hypothesis creation to assessing its impact on end users.
- Nice-to-have:
- Experience with R/Python;
- Background in Marketplace projects;
- Proven cases of product growth and financial performance improvement.

- Clickhouse
- BI systems: Apache Superset, Tableau
- Jupyter Notebook (Google Colab)
- Notion, Jira
- A/B testing system: Growthbook
📍 We are happy to offer
- Flexible start of the day, fully remote with well-established processes, full-time 5/2 (8 hours + 1-hour lunch);
