We are a product team of a video hosting service with a paid monetization model, operating in the Asian market since 2010.
We’re looking for a Product Manager with an analytical background to join our team and take the development of our existing paid site under their wing, bringing in fresh ideas.
If you’re an analyst who has long wanted to transition to a product role, you’re the person we’re looking for!
Your mission
- Develop the existing product: participate in building the product roadmap, creating product funnels, finding new monetization insights for the site, and contributing to building analytical models;
- Be responsible for key business metrics (revenue, profit, LTV);
- Conduct product research: test hypotheses, analyze user behavior, research trends, and competitor markets;
- Perform cohort analysis, work with analytical dashboards;
- Collaborate with analytics teams (to obtain necessary data) and development teams (for technical implementation of new features);
- Manage a small block of retention tasks, including creating communication chains and testing emails;
What we expect from a candidate
- 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager in any product company;
- Analytical experience and a data-driven approach to product tasks;
- Required stack: SQL (advanced query skills), BI systems (any);
- Experience conducting A/B tests, understanding statistical significance and necessary sample sizes;
- Experience with marketplace projects;
- Experience working with a product development team;
