Payment Officer
📍 Responsibilities
- Process and monitor daily payments through banks and payment systems.
- Maintain accurate internal transaction documentation.
- Work with online banking systems and payment platform interfaces.
- Collaborate with the finance department and other teams.
- Ensure timely and error-free execution of payment operations.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (for communication with banks and payment systems).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and discipline.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel and Google Drive.
- Experience in financial or payment companies is a plus.
- Responsibility, independence, and a love for organized documentation.
📍 We are happy to offer
- Remote work format.
- Schedule: 9:00–18:00 (Cyprus time), Monday–Friday.
