About the Role
As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with traffic partners, increasing traffic volumes, and driving stable revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to design and implement effective partnership strategies.
📍 Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
- Ensure transparent communication and alignment with business goals
- Identify, onboard, and develop new strategic partners
- Increase traffic volumes and expand the partner network
- Analyze traffic quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Optimize partnerships and improve ROI
- Collaborate with Business, IT, and BI teams
- Negotiate and manage contracts with partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor landscape
- Prepare reports and strategic recommendations
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales
- Understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation, and digital traffic
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Experience with tracking platforms (Everflow, Tune, Voluum, Cake, or similar)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
