Operations Lead
“Number 2” / Right-Hand Operations Lead for Basher Agency (iGaming & online casino affiliate marketing).
Location: Netherlands (must work closely with me in person ideally nearby Rotterdam).
Role: This person will assist with day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and client/influencer management, with the goal of growing into a leadership role and eventually taking over key reins of the company.
📍 Responsibilities
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across iGaming and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Ensure smooth coordination between influencer teams, client accounts, and marketing operations.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
- Business Development & Partnerships
- Support in building and maintaining high-value partnerships with online casinos, influencers, and affiliates.
- Identify new market opportunities (AU/NZ, LATAM, EU, etc.) and traffic sources.
- Negotiate deals and collaborate on strategic campaigns.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Assist in leading internal teams (marketing, creative, influencer relations).
- Mentor junior staff and eventually take full leadership responsibility.
- Act as the point of contact when the CEO (Jose) is unavailable.
- Strategic Growth
- Contribute to business scaling strategies, new service lines, and international expansion.
- Analyze KPIs (FTDs, registrations, campaign ROI) and implement improvements.
- Work directly with Jose to shape the long-term vision and structure of the company.
- Financial & Performance Oversight
- Monitor campaign budgets, client billing, and payouts to affiliates/streamers.
- Support in contract negotiations and ensuring profit margins are optimized.
- Client & Influencer Management
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients, streamers, and high-value partners.
- Assist in influencer selection, pricing negotiations, and performance evaluations.
- Future Leadership Transition
- Gradually assume greater operational responsibilities with the goal of becoming a COO-level leader or partner.
- Take initiative on strategic decisions and drive growth autonomously.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Profile: Entrepreneurial mindset, strong operations and business development experience (preferably in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or digital marketing). Must be someone I can work with shoulder-to-shoulder, capable of learning fast, managing teams, and driving growth.
- Approach: We’re not just hiring an employee; we’re seeking a potential future COO or partner-level leader.
- We could relocate but needs to be european since i wont give sposnorship for visa
📍 We are happy to offer
- Work format: hybrid in Rotterdam
- salary €4000–5000 fixed + bonus (negotiable depending on experience).
