An advertising network for advertisers, media buyers, and webmasters, on the market since 2018. We work in verticals such as dating, gambling, betting, nutra, e-commerce, crypto, and others, with traffic in Tier-1 regions and Asia. Formats – banners, pop, push, and video.

Over 500 million daily impressions from our own exclusive traffic sources. The basis of our business is an RTB auction (Real-Time Bidding) on a CPM model, on our own in-house platform (not white label).

📍 Responsibilities

RTB traffic optimization - key area of responsibility: analyzing the effectiveness of sources, optimizing purchases, improving traffic quality, increasing volumes, working with existing connections
Working with RTB partners: communicating with current partners, controlling quality, developing relationships, launching new opportunities (searching for new partners is not a main task, approximately ~5% of time)
Immersion in the in-house RTB platform: understanding the technical side of the RTB ecosystem, launch and optimization processes, communicating with the CTO (no coding required)
Financial part of the direction: keeping records, controlling metrics

📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:

Mandatory:
At least 2 years of RTB experience
Real hands-on experience with traffic (not just team management)
Experience in optimizing traffic sources
Experience working with partners
Understanding of RTB processes from the inside
Independence and responsibility for results
A plus:
Experience working with in-house platforms (not white label)
Experience in AdTech, knowledge of DSP/SSP
Understanding of arbitrage connections
