Works with international clients, helping them obtain licenses, open bank accounts, register companies, and navigate the regulatory environment worldwide.
📍 Responsibilities
- Independently lead projects for company registration in various jurisdictions worldwide and prepare reports on them
- Independently obtain gaming, brokerage, and investment licenses at all stages of the process
- Open corporate accounts for clients in foreign banks and international payment systems (EMI)
- Advise clients on legal and structural issues (with the support of senior colleagues in complex or non-standard cases)
- Identify hidden legal risks for current clients and initiate proposals to eliminate them (cross-selling company services)
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1+ year of experience in international corporate law, FinTech consulting, or in-house in high-risk areas
- Confirmed independent experience in opening accounts in banks/EMI and/or registering companies in the EU, Asia, or offshore jurisdictions
- Higher legal education
- English B2+/C1: free communication with clients, negotiations with foreign banks, agents, and regulators; free command of Ukrainian and Russian languages
- Ability to work in uncertain conditions — without ready-made checklists and step-by-step instructions
- Commercial thinking: understanding that a lawyer should be able to argue risks and offer additional services to the client
- Full self-management: ability to manage a portfolio of 10-15 projects simultaneously, strictly meeting deadlines without constant reminders
- Psychological maturity, proactivity, and stress resistance when working with demanding clients
