We are a product team developing an AI-based product for the US market. We work with performance creatives focused on traffic acquisition through Facebook.
We are currently looking for a Middle AI Creator / Performance Creative Designer — a specialist who can create short ad videos, static banners, and AI-generated content, while understanding the logic behind performance-driven creatives.
📍 Responsibilities
- Create content for English-speaking audiences: short-form videos (10–30 seconds), static banners, and resizes in 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats
- Work extensively with modern AI tools such as Eleven Labs, Nano Banana, Seedream, Kling, Seedance, VEO, etc.
- Conduct creative market research and work with creative hypotheses
- Collaborate closely with the UA team to analyze and improve creative performance
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Understanding of performance creative principles
- Basic knowledge of composition, typography, and video editing principles
- Strong attention to detail
- English level: Intermediate / B1 or higher
- Understanding of hooks, retention, and banner blindness
- 1–3 years of experience creating static and video creatives
- Confident use of AI tools such as Nano Banana, Seedream, Kling, Seedance, VEO, etc.
- Ability to adapt prompts for specific creative tasks
- 1–3 years of experience with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
- Experience with voiceovers in Eleven Labs and basic sound design skills
- Ability to add subtitles/captions to videos
- Experience generating ideas for AI-generated content and editing concepts
- Nice to Have
- Basic motion design skills for adding simple graphic elements and packshots over videos
- Understanding of marketing metrics
- Ability to write scripts for voiceovers and spoken lines
