Media Buyer (Video Advertising, CPM)
A digital video advertising platform working on a CPM monetization model is expanding its team.
The company develops its own ad tech products and works with clients across the CIS region.
The team is fully remote, with transparent and well-structured processes.
📍 Responsibilities
- Buy traffic for video advertising campaigns (CPM model).
- Optimize campaigns and monitor ROI, CTR, and viewability metrics.
- Analyze traffic sources and identify the most effective ones.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and Sales teams.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1+ year of experience as a Media Buyer / Traffic Manager.
- Understanding of traffic buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA).
- Experience working with ad networks, DSPs / SSPs.
- Strong analytical and optimization skills.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and basic knowledge of analytics tools.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in video advertising or native formats.
- Understanding of white / grey traffic specifics.
- Own base of traffic sources or partners.
📍 We are happy to offer
- 100% remote, full-time format (40 hours per week).
