ADHUNT recruiting agency is looking for a new member to join our team. You will be creating content for our social networks, helping to gain subscribers and increase their engagement.

📍 Your mission

Social media management (Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn). Subject matter — HR, hiring employees in the field of IT and Affiliate Marketing
Posting vacancies on the website and in social networks, keeping the list of vacancies up to date
Writing articles for VC and thematic forums
Developing and regularly adjusting media plans
Auditing the effectiveness and recommendations for optimizing advertising and PR campaigns
Developing media performance and SMM aspects
Monitoring the performance of contractors
Developing and supporting advertising campaigns
Forming hypotheses and growth points, conducting tests
Monitoring reporting and dashboards

📍 What we expect from a candidate

Experience in managing social networks: creating a content plan, writing posts, generating ideas, editing simple reels
Understanding of business promotion through social networks
Easy writing, ability to catch and hold the reader’s attention
Intermediate or higher level of English (our LinkedIn is in English)
Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data
Experience with CRM systems and analytical platforms (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica)
Ability to work in a team and manage projects

📍 Will be an advantage

Experience working with graphic editors, creating simple illustrations and card layouts (we’ll provide help from designers if necessary)
Participation in the development of media strategy and tactics in digital
