A fast-growing digital agency creating and scaling its own AI-driven products is looking for a strong Lead User Acquisition Manager / Head of UA / Head of Marketing.
We test hypotheses, build performance funnels, and provide a full-cycle traffic acquisition and marketing service.
We work with web and mobile products across white and grey niches and collaborate with partners worldwide.
Our team consists of ambitious professionals ready to take on complex challenges.
📍 Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels: search, social, in-app, email, influencers, messengers, ad networks, SEO, ASO, and more.
- Buy traffic for in-house and partner products (web & mobile apps).
- Test hypotheses and identify scalable, high-performing funnels.
- Analyze channel and traffic performance.
- Collaborate closely with product teams and external partners.
- Build and optimize performance funnels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Manage budget allocation and media planning.
- Build, lead, and scale the UA / marketing team.
- Prepare reports and performance summaries.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with traffic acquisition via Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, ASO, in-app networks, and more.
- Strong skills in web and mobile analytics.
- Ability to work with large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of technical processes for web and mobile products.
- Proven experience in building and managing teams.
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics: CPA, CAC, ARPPU, LTV, ROAS, ROI, CR.
- Experience working with Tier 1 and worldwide GEOs.
- Proactive mindset, ownership, and strong communication skills.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with influencer marketing (TikTok, YouTube).
- Experience with AI Companion products (AI Girlfriend / AI Companions), especially for mobile (iOS/Android) and web products.
