Junior / Middle Media Buyer (Dating vertical, Tier-1 GEO)
📍 Responsibilities
- Launching and managing ad campaigns in ad networks
- Buying traffic in Banner, Push, Native, Pop, RTB formats
- Working with CPC, CPM, CPA models
- Analyzing key metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, CR, ROI, profit
- Testing new links, creatives, GEO, networks, and hypotheses
- Optimizing campaigns based on statistics and financial metrics
- Finding and scaling effective links
- Working with a tracker (Binom)
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Junior:
- Practical experience in traffic buying
- Understanding of the Dating vertical and main traffic sources
- Basic understanding of Push, Native, Banner, Pop
- Ability to work with numbers (CPC/CPM), experience in setting up links, basic work with a tracker
- Understanding of testing and campaign optimization principles
- High motivation to develop in Media Buying
- Middle:
- At least 1 year of experience in Media Buying
- Practical experience with Push, Native, Banner, Pop
- Current experience with the Dating vertical
- Experience with RTB / Smartlink
- Experience with large ad networks
- Independent launch, optimization, and scaling of campaigns
📍 We are happy to offer
- Work format: remote
- Employment: full-time
- Schedule: 5/2, 8 hours + 1 hour lunch break
- Fixed salary in EUR (total income including bonus from profit — Junior/Middle)
- Bonus system: from profit, no cap
- Probation period: 3 months, with a phased expansion of the area of responsibility
- Adaptation: the first week — joint work with the Media Buying manager (launches, process analysis, and networks), then independence grows with results
- Growth prospects: Junior → Middle → Senior → department head
- Established processes (communication in Slack, adaptation from HR)
- English conversation club
- Vacation days: 24 days a year
- Sick leaves: 14 days + 6 days without a doctor's note
