Adsomnia is looking for an eager and passionate result driven Junior Email Marketer & Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team. Are you able to learn fast, are you creative and a great team player?

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1+ years of experience looking to develop their email marketing skills and contribute to the success of our campaigns. You will play a key role in executing and optimizing our email marketing strategy, working closely with the marketing team to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase conversions.

📍 Responsibilities

Create, build, and deploy engaging email campaigns, promotional emails and automated email sequences.
Maintain and segment email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
Developing and editing compelling email content that converts well on our target audience. This includes picking content, writing subject lines and call to action.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
Implement and analyze A/B tests on various email elements (subject lines, content, design, send times) to improve campaign effectiveness.
Become proficient in using our email marketing platform (Ongage) and our API content integration to manage email campaigns.
Collaborate closely with our Email Marketing Specialist and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, best practices and technologies.

📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. (i.e. MBO-4, BTEC Level 4, Associate degree or higher).
1+ years of experience in email marketing or a related field is a plus, but entry-level candidates that are eager to learn and with a passion for email marketing are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using email marketing platforms (experience with Ongage is a plus).
Analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Ability to be creative and think outside the box
Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You are accurate and organized and have an eye for detail.
