CPA Network from Cyprus is expanding its advertising department and is looking for a Junior Advertising Manager with experience in the field from 6 months to 1 year.

📍 About your future employer

The CPA network is in the TOP-10 in the dating vertical.
Works with tier 1-3 traffic, mainly from the UK and the US.
Is a direct advertiser due to its strong in-house offers.

📍 Your mission

Monitor the market in search of new products and interesting conditions;
Search for new advertisers (Postpay) and conclude contracts;
Account management: establish partnerships, improve cooperation conditions, grow profit;
Create offers, monitor settings and tracking together with technical specialists;
Help the advertiser and affiliate managers find a common language;
Oversee financial reconciliations with partners (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly);
Maintain reporting together with the finance department, control payments and accounts receivable.

📍 What we expect from a candidate

Experience in CPA Affiliate networks / Digital agencies / media buying team in a similar position for at least six months;
Understanding of EPC, eCPM, CR, ROI metrics and CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI, Revshare models;
Sociability, ability to negotiate with people;
Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate English and higher, since our partners speak and write in English;
Clear written and oral communication
Will be an advantage: experience in dating, sumbits, utilities, iGaming.
