Scale your global supply for media buying, affiliate, and performance agencies.

We work with Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP, Native, and 100+ providers (accounts, cards, proxies, tools).

Your Role: Head of Supply Department. Build the strategy, team, and partnerships to ensure stable traffic growth.

Manage the department: KPIs, instructions, hiring/firing, deadlines, and templates.
Find and test providers (agents, platforms) through Facebook, LinkedIn, and chats; negotiate terms.
Control provider terms: commissions, limits, penalties, and refunds.
Communicate with providers and partners; work directly with key partners.
Create quality standards for Supply Managers.
Coordinate with Account Managers, Finance, and CEO; manage SLA from order to top-up/refund.
Monitor top-ups, refunds, and account blocks; maintain databases (tools, providers, manuals).
Build supply strategy: terms, volumes, forecasts, and account sourcing processes

2+ years of experience in media buying, affiliate marketing, supply operations, or ad infrastructure.
Experience working with providers: accounts, proxies, DSPs, and payment cards.
Strong negotiation skills: commercial terms, long-term partnerships, and handling objections.
2+ years of team management experience.
Experience in risk management: spend control, limits, and commissions.
Understanding of financial metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
