Setting strategy and goals for the team (both financial and organizational)
Directly working with key advertisers to identify their growth opportunities.
Actively participating in the optimization of advertiser traffic (together with the product and analytics departments).
Setting transparent KPIs for your team and helping achieve them.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
At least 2 years of team management experience, with the ability to inspire and “sell” ideas (clearly explain reasons for changes).
Experience in traffic sales on a CPA basis, with a deep understanding of cold hunting for advertisers (sources for finding and criteria for selecting relevant leads (advertisers), negotiations).
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (upper intermediate; there will be a small talk phase with the CEO).
Ability to set goals and achieve them, demonstrating high-level self-organization.
Critical thinking, shown by the ability to find growth points and provide constructive criticism, including giving gentle feedback to employees for their professional development.
Bonus if you have the opportunity to attend affiliate marketing conferences (worldwide), with all expenses covered by the company.
