The team actively tests hypotheses, launches MVPs quickly, and scales what works. With a strong performance marketing core (traffic, global partners, buying expertise), product decisions are based on real data and unit economics, not assumptions.
The company is currently in an active growth phase: building the product function from scratch, expanding the team, and launching new AI-driven directions.
About the Role
We are looking for a strong Product Manager / Head of Product who will take ownership of strategy, metrics, hypotheses, and team building.
📍 Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap
- Build and manage the full product lifecycle:
- discovery
- hypothesis generation & prioritization
- metrics
- release cycles
- unit economics
- go-to-market
- Own and continuously develop the product backlog
- Launch fast experiments and MVPs, validate hypotheses
- Analyze key metrics: retention, conversion, LTV, CAC, unit economics, ROAS
- Build and grow the product team (hiring, onboarding, development)
- Adapt products across web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and identify new opportunities
- Ensure alignment between teams to achieve business goals
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must-have:
- 3+ years in product management, including launching products from scratch to PMF
- Strong expertise in product discovery and hypothesis validation
- Solid experience with product metrics and analytics
- Understanding of AI / LLM landscape (capabilities, limitations, costs)
- Experience using AI tools in daily work
- Experience with web and mobile products
- Experience in team building and management
- English B2+
- Strong soft skills: ownership, proactivity, organization, strategic thinking, leadership
- Nice to have:
- Experience as Head of Product / Product Lead
- Experience with AI products
- Technical background or close collaboration with engineering teams
- Experience in international markets (US / EU / MENA)
- Portfolio of launched products
- Experience in SaaS / startups
