We are actively developing performance marketing through traffic purchase and monetization. We create the necessary infrastructure within the company, develop technical solutions, launch converting funnels, use hybrid monetization tools, automate working processes and traffic optimization, and actively integrate AI. We work with both in-house and partner products (CPA/CPC/CPM). There are several teams successfully working with different traffic sources and formats. We are looking for a strong specialist with management experience who will take control of current directions and create new opportunities for team growth and volume. A special plus is candidates with mixed experience in adult (ad networks, direct publishers) and mainstream sources (in-app, meta, google, etc.)

📍 Responsibilities

Forming a media buying strategy
Controlling and managing current processes and directions, launching new ones
Coordinating team work, closely interacting with other departments/projects of the holding
Scaling up purchase volumes and profits
Working on creating effective approaches and funnels for traffic purchase and monetization
Market analytics, searching for growth opportunities and artifacts
Setting tasks, controlling tests, implementing a full cycle of work with hypotheses
Mentoring and developing buyers, forming new teams
Planning and reporting

📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in team management
Extensive practical experience in media buying/traffic arbitrage
Experience working with banner/popunder/native/video and other formats
Knowledge of main verticals and market players
Understanding of traffic source principles, auctions
Experience in creating effective funnels for traffic purchase and monetization
Experience in finding and scaling up effective links
It will be a plus:
Experience in mainstream traffic sources: in-app, fb, google ads, and others
Experience working with AI dating/companion vertical
Understanding of ad network internals, experience working with CPC/CPM traffic through DSP/RTB
Working directly with publishers on flat deals and segmenting traffic flows
Understanding of traffic optimization algorithm work and automation processes, working with smartlink
Experience in integrating and using AI in work and tools
