A team specializing in mobile app development, monetization, and traffic arbitration is looking for a Head of Media Buying to join their successful business of over 10 years. We develop applications in industries such as:
FinTech eCommerce Utilities Mobile
📍 Responsibilities
Define KPIs, goals, and strategies for various verticals.
Set up and enhance motivation systems for teams.
Build and manage Media Buying/User Acquisition teams, including recruitment and candidate assessment.
Oversee financial flows, allocate budgets, and optimize resources.
Make decisions on launching new directions or halting existing ones.
Lead experimental projects for web and mobile platforms.
Achieve set objectives and ensure results.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in traffic acquisition and team management.
Deep understanding of FinTech
Strategic planning and implementation expertise.
Experience in financial management and expense optimization.
Strong leadership skills and decision-making in unconventional situations.
📍 We are happy to offer
Probation period: 3 months.
Compensation: Stable salary + bonuses for meeting KPIs.
Schedule: 5/2, standard working hours.
Vacation: 28 paid calendar days.
Format: Fully remote.
Employment: Full-time, with payments twice a month.
