- Mobile Products (white-hat iOS products with subscription monetization).
📍 Your mission
- Formation of clear KPIs, goals and strategies for each area.
- Work with motivation and incentive systems for teams.
- Formation and management of Media Buying/User Acquisition teams, including selection and interview of candidates.
- Management of finances, budgets and resource optimization.
- Making decisions on launching and stopping verticals.
- Management of experimental launches (web and mobile).
- Achieving results according to set goals.
📍 What we expect from a candidate
- Experience in media buying and team management.
- Knowledge and understanding of the FinTech, Nutra market.
- Ability to form and implement strategic plans.
- Skills in working with finances and optimizing budgets.
- Leadership skills and the ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty.
📍 We are happy to offer
- Probationary period: 3 months.
- Salary + KPI
- Work schedule: Standardized, 5/2.
- Annual paid leave: 28 calendar days.
- Work format: Remote.
- Work schedule: Full-time.
- Payment: 2 times a month.
