Head of IT
📍 Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop IT processes and standards across the holding’s projects
- Manage a team of system administrators
- Audit project infrastructure, identify bottlenecks, and eliminate weak points
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams
- Ensure system stability, access management, and security
- Optimize and improve infrastructure solutions
- Key Tasks
- Support and develop project infrastructure
- Implement and enforce unified IT standards and regulations
- Increase stability and transparency of IT operations
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience managing an IT team (operations / infrastructure / support)
- Solid understanding of server infrastructure and how it works
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and containerization
- Strong communication skills
- English level sufficient to read technical documentation
- Nice to Have
- Experience in digital / affiliate / adtech projects
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or container-based solutions
- Interest in AI tools and their practical application
