We are a digital company that has been successfully operating in the market for over 10 years. During this time, we have grown into a large group of companies offering B2B and B2C solutions across various fields, including a media buying agency, CPA network, RTB auctions, subscription-based projects, and a specialized team for HR CRM.
We are currently looking for a Head of Financial Operations to lead the financial operations unit and establish efficient and transparent processes within the holding.
📍 Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Operations Management
- Full operational management of the company's financial unit.
- Leading a team of financial managers, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Direct reporting to the CFO.
- Optimization and Automation
- Analyzing and optimizing existing financial processes, including settlements, document flow, and reporting.
- Implementing and integrating modern IT solutions (ERP systems, CRM, management reporting systems) to improve efficiency.
- Developing KPIs and ensuring their achievement.
- Control and Audit
- Establishing a system for monitoring key financial performance indicators.
- Continuously auditing and improving business processes in response to company structure changes.
- Leadership and Operational Efficiency
- Optimizing the financial department's structure to enhance efficiency.
- Ensuring financial discipline and training employees on document management and financial processes.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education and Knowledge
- A degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting is required.
- Deep knowledge of accounting, taxation, management accounting, and operational financial analysis.
- Understanding of ERP systems and experience in their implementation or integration is a plus.
- Key Skills
- Management Experience: Proven experience managing a team for over 3 years.
- Systematic Thinking: Understanding of cross-functional collaboration and ability to build end-to-end processes.
- Project Management: Ability to plan work, manage communications, and ensure deadlines and quality of implementation.
- Analytical & Automation Skills: Proficiency in working with data, advanced Excel/SQL, operational modeling, and data visualization systems.
- Personal Qualities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes, with a proactive approach to innovation.
- High level of autonomy and responsibility for results.
- Critical and analytical thinking.
