We are an agency that scales clients’ businesses through work with bloggers and seeding on Telegram and YouTube. We are expanding our team and looking for a Head of Department (Client Lead / Strategist) to act as a bridge between clients and our production team.
📍 Responsibilities
- Receive high-level tasks from clients and turn them into clear strategies.
- Develop media plans and channel proposals (Telegram, YouTube).
- Draft briefs for senior teams and monitor execution.
- Ensure quality and results of implementation.
- Be responsible for the strategy and development of the department.
- Serve as the main client contact without handling manual operations.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years in influencer, media, or digital agencies.
- Experience interacting with clients on strategy and media planning.
- Deep understanding of the blogger market: Telegram, YouTube.
- Ability to link client tasks with execution tools.
- Systematic thinking and process management skills.
- Nice to have:
- Team or department leadership experience.
- Experience in media buying (seeding, reach).
- Own database of contacts (bloggers, agencies).
