We are looking for a Finance Controller to work with the company’s financial data, reconciliations, management reporting, and daily financial control. The financial department of the company is built on working with CRM and financial processes between departments. The main task of the specialist is to maintain their correctness, find errors and discrepancies and help improve the established processes

📍 Responsibilities

1. Financial control
● Control of the correctness of financial data and operations in CRM
● Reconciliation of client and provider balances
● Control of the accuracy of commission, discount, compensation, and other financial terms entry in the system
● Identification of error causes and control of their correction in reports and the company's general ledger
2. Management accounting and reporting
● Maintenance and development of existing management accounting
● Preparation of financial reporting and analytics
● Work with P&L, profit and margin analysis
3. Work with providers
● Control of financial terms and their correct display in the system
● Regular reconciliation of provider data with internal financial data
● Identification of discrepancies and potential financial losses
● Interaction with operational and supply teams on financial issues
4. CRM and process development
● Work with the financial logic of the existing CRM
● Identification and improvement of weak points in financial processes
● Participation in automation and testing of changes together with developers

📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:

Mandatory
● 2-3+ years of experience in Finance Control, financial analysis, management accounting, or
a similar role
● Good understanding of P&L
● Confident Excel / Google Sheets
● Experience in financial reconciliations and working with large data volumes
● Ability to find errors and understand the causes of discrepancies in financial indicators and metrics
● Experience working with CRM / accounting systems
● English — Intermediate+
Will be an advantage
● experience in iGaming / affiliate / performance marketing
● experience in media buying
● experience in automating financial processes in CRM
● experience working with BI systems
