Data Lead
📍 Responsibilities
- Lead the data direction and manage a team of analysts
- Design and develop the analytics architecture
- Oversee data collection, processing, and storage workflows
- Collaborate with product, IT, and business stakeholders
- Ensure data quality and reliability of analytical solutions
- Implement standards and best practices for working with data
- Key Tasks
- Develop and maintain the data infrastructure across projects
- Optimize existing pipelines and reporting systems
- Support business decision-making through data insights
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in data/analytics in a leading or senior role
- Experience managing analytics teams
- Strong SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with ClickHouse
- Experience working with PostgreSQL / SQL as data sources
- Experience with data orchestration tools: Airflow / Airbyte / Dagster
- Strong commercial experience with PHP development
- Experience with Laravel or another modern PHP framework such as Symfony
- Experience with BI tools: Metabase / Superset / Power BI (Power BI — confident user level)
- Nice to Have
- Experience in digital / affiliate / adtech projects
- Understanding of data engineering principles
- Experience automating and scaling analytics processes
- Experience building data platforms from scratch
