We’re looking for a highly skilled ad creator, someone who can take a brief and turn it into fully produced, ready-to-run ad creatives using AI tools and their own editing abilities.
This role is all about execution: building high-performing video and static creatives quickly, efficiently, and at scale.

📍 Responsibilities

Produce mobile ad creatives end-to-end—from brief to final export—without relying on external teams.
Use AI tools like Arcads, HeyGen, 11labs, and others to streamline and scale content creation.
Cut, edit, animate, and finalize video and visual assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
Rapidly iterate and test variations based on performance data and creative briefs.
Maintain consistent quality, branding, and performance standards across all creatives.

📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:

A strong portfolio of ad creatives you've built yourself, from raw concept to polished output.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools for creative production (e.g., image and video generation, voice synthesis, character animation).
Solid skills in video editing, motion design, and graphic design (even better if you do it all).
Familiarity with mobile app marketing and performance-driven creative testing.
Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
Willingness to complete a short creative test task as part of the process.
