CPO / Head of Product
We are looking for a practical product leader with a strong background in SaaS, who will simultaneously form a product strategy, work with the market, and build processes for a small team. The role is close to business: you will receive context and priorities from the CEO, synchronize with the operational team, and independently lead the product from hypothesis to release. The team is compact, so it’s essential to be able to quickly launch solutions without excessive bureaucracy and maintain process transparency (roadmap, statuses, metrics).
📍 Responsibilities
- Formulate a product strategy and roadmap, synchronizing hypotheses with business priorities and feedback from the market (directly and through sales)
- Build a clear development cycle: prioritization, task decomposition, deadline control, and quality control
- Personally lead the product hands-on — from formulating hypotheses to setting tasks for development and accepting the result
- Manage the development team to ensure speed and results match financial metrics — and understand what to do if the result is unsatisfactory
- Understand SEO/search engine ranking on a product level — it's part of the product core (fighting for positions against phishing and parasitic sites)
- Use AI tools (Claude Code/Cowork or analogs) as part of the daily work process
- Actively research the market and specifics of the industries the product works with (iGaming, crypto, adult)
- The product contour:
- No need for experience in everything at once — a practical background in most of the directions below is essential
- Product: B2B SaaS self-serve, experience in B2C is desirable
- Industry: iGaming, crypto, adult, affiliate — plus, not necessarily
- Methodology: JTBD/Customer Development/Product Discovery — practical experience, Ivan Zamesin's course "How to make a product" — plus
- Growth metrics: unit economics, conversion funnels, product analytics
- AI in work: Claude Code/Cowork/analogues — at the level of practice, not just familiarity
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Mandatory:
- 3+ years of experience in product management with a role of Head of Product/CPO/Senior PM in an independent, but not necessarily "leading" position
- Experience of a full cycle in a small team
- Experience of rapid SaaS product growth (2-3 years of active growth)
- Management experience: working with objections, scoring hypotheses, development speed metrics
- Willingness to be a self-sufficient leader without a ready-made infrastructure and processes — you'll have to build them yourself
- English: at the level of negotiations with international clients
- Desirable (nice to have):
- Experience in iGaming/crypto/adult or similar industries
- Practice of JTBD or Ivan Zamesin's course
- Understanding of the regulatory context of high-risk industries
