CPA / DSP Sales Manager
📍 Responsibilities
- Search for and attract new advertisers (DSP / CPA)
- Conduct market research and analyze potential clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers
- Contribute to the development of advertising
- Gradually get involved in DSP account management
- Work with existing advertisers after the client base is transferred
- Key Tasks
- Active hunting and expansion of the advertiser base
- Support and development of advertising campaigns
- Performance analysis and optimization (uplift)
- Deep dive into account management processes with further growth in this area
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Around 5+ months of experience in affiliate marketing
- Understanding of basic terminology (CPA / DSP / CPC)
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to actively source and attract advertisers (hunting mindset)
- Motivation to grow in sales and account management
- Nice to Have
- Experience with DSP platforms or CPA networks
- Experience in account management or working with advertisers
- Understanding of the CPC model
- Proactive attitude and result-oriented mindset
