CMO / VP of Marketing 🚀
About the Company
Since 2020, we have grown into a full-fledged product company. Our portfolio now includes 12 social and entertainment apps, with a performance marketing spend of around $2M per month. Our products rank among the top in the U.S. and LATAM stores, and we’re confident we can scale even further.
📍 Responsibilities
- Scaling traffic acquisition and increasing ad spend.
- Developing and executing a marketing strategy.
- Managing a 20-person marketing team.
- Establishing transparent marketing processes.
- Contributing to company growth and working closely with founders.
- Building strong partnerships in the market.
- Attending international conferences and expanding professional networking.
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience as a CMO.
- 3+ years of experience in mobile app traffic acquisition.
- Strong marketing hard skills (Facebook, Google, TikTok, ad networks).
- Proven track record in scaling marketing efforts.
- Data-driven approach: working with analytics and statistics.
- Experience in ASO (App Store Optimization).
- Intermediate English level.
- Open to candidates worldwide!
- Tools You'll Work With: BI systems, Sensor Tower, ad platforms.
