📍 Responsibilities
- As a Chief Operations Officer, you will own the company’s operating system, translating strategy into execution across all key functions, including:
- IT, Customer Support, Finance, Legal, Other core operational departments
- Your mission:
- Build predictable, KPI-driven performance across teams
- Eliminate friction in cross-functional execution
- Strengthen the company’s ability to scale in regulated, fast-moving markets
- Key focus areas:
- Balancing operational control (reporting, accountability, governance) with speed (scalability, market expansion)
- Driving measurable impact: efficiency, decision-making clarity, operational resilience, and market position
- Key Responsibilities
- Translate company strategy into operational execution across all departments
- Design and optimize end-to-end operational processes
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and scalable workflows
- Build and manage performance systems (KPIs / OKRs)
- Implement reporting structures and ensure transparency across teams
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and remove operational bottlenecks
- Drive company-wide transformation initiatives
- Partner with leadership to support strategic decision-making
📍 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in senior operations leadership roles (COO / Head of Operations) in fintech, trading, financial services, or fast-growing IT companies
- Strong experience in designing and optimizing cross-functional operations
- Advanced performance management skills (KPIs, OKRs, reporting systems)
- Strong financial and operational acumen (cost structures, profitability drivers, metrics)
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Track record of delivering organizational transformation
- Nice to Have
- Experience scaling operations across multiple markets in regulated environments
- Collaboration with Risk / Compliance teams
- Experience working with Product / IT on automation, BI, and analytics
- Additional languages besides fluent English
